Scramble 환불 규정
이 환불 규정은 Scramble의 구독 요금제와 저장공간 또는 AI 사용량 종량제 상품 구매에 동일하게 적용됩니다. 환불은 구매일 또는 결제일로부터 7일 이내이고, 해당 구매 이후 새 PDF 업로드 또는 AI 기능 사용 이력이 없는 경우에만 요청할 수 있습니다.
1. 환불 가능 조건
구독제 결제와 저장공간 또는 AI 사용량 종량제 결제 모두 다음 조건을 모두 충족해야 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 구매일 또는 결제일로부터 7일 이내에 환불을 요청한 경우
- 해당 구매 이후 새 PDF를 업로드하지 않은 경우
- 해당 구매 이후 AI 로드맵 생성, 퀴즈 생성, 플래시카드 생성, AI 채점, 해설 생성 등 AI를 사용하는 모든 기능을 사용하지 않은 경우
- 결제 기록과 환불 정책 적용 기록을 시스템에서 확인할 수 있는 경우
구매 이전에 업로드되어 있던 PDF가 구독 갱신 또는 결제 이후에도 계정에 유지되는 것만으로는 환불 제한 사유가 되지 않습니다. 다만 저장공간 종량제 상품 환불은 해당 저장공간을 제거한 후에도 계정의 저장 사용량이 남은 한도 이내여야 합니다.
2. 구독 환불과 구독 해지
구독 환불은 최근 결제 주기의 결제 금액을 환불하고, 승인 시 유료 권한이 즉시 종료될 수 있습니다. 단순 구독 해지는 환불과 다르며, 별도 환불 없이 현재 결제 기간 종료일까지 구독 권한이 유지됩니다.
3. 환불이 제한되는 경우
- 구매일 또는 결제일로부터 7일이 지난 경우
- 해당 구매 이후 새 PDF를 업로드한 경우
- 해당 구매 이후 AI를 사용하는 기능을 한 번이라도 사용한 경우
- 정책 적용 이전 결제이거나 결제 기록 확인에 수동 검토가 필요한 경우
- 부정 이용, 약관 위반, 결제수단 도용 등 비정상 이용 정황이 있는 경우
4. 환불 처리
환불은 결제 대행사와 결제수단사의 정책에 따라 처리됩니다. 환불이 승인된 뒤 실제 입금 또는 승인 취소가 반영되는 시점은 결제수단사 사정에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
다만 서비스가 표시, 광고 또는 계약 내용과 다르게 제공된 경우 등 관계 법령상 보장되는 청약철회, 환불, 손해배상 권리는 이 규정으로 제한되지 않습니다.

Scramble Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to Scramble subscription plans and pay-per-use storage or AI product purchases on the same basis. A refund may be requested only within 7 days of purchase or payment and only if no new PDF has been uploaded and no AI-powered feature has been used after that purchase.
1. Eligibility
Both subscription payments and pay-per-use storage or AI payments must satisfy all of the following conditions.
- The request is made within 7 days of the purchase or payment date.
- No new PDF was uploaded after that purchase.
- No AI-powered feature was used after that purchase, including AI roadmap generation, quiz generation, flashcard generation, AI grading, or explanation generation.
- The payment record and refund policy tracking record can be verified by the system.
PDFs uploaded before the purchase remaining in the account after a subscription renewal or payment do not, by themselves, restrict refund eligibility. However, a pay-per-use storage product refund requires that the account's storage usage remain within the remaining limit after that storage capacity is removed.
2. Subscription Refunds and Cancellation
A subscription refund refunds the latest billing-cycle payment and may immediately terminate paid access when approved. Subscription cancellation is different from a refund: without a refund, access remains available until the end of the current billing period.
3. When Refunds Are Restricted
- More than 7 days have passed since the purchase or payment date.
- A new PDF was uploaded after that purchase.
- Any AI-powered feature was used after that purchase.
- The payment predates the current refund policy or requires manual review.
- There are signs of abuse, Terms violations, payment-method misuse, or unauthorized payment activity.
4. Processing
Refunds are processed according to the policies of the payment processor and the payment-method issuer. After a refund is approved, the time for the credit or cancellation to appear may vary by issuer.
This Policy does not limit any withdrawal, refund, or damages rights guaranteed by mandatory law, including where the Service differs from the displayed, advertised, or contracted terms.
